The Cellars were constructed for the purpose of providing affinage, or aging expertise, as well as distribution and marketing services for local cheesemakers so that they may access the burgeoning market for artisan cheese nationwide.

Pete’s Greens is a four season organic farm growing over 300 varieties of vegetables. The farm’s mission is to encourage Vermont to eat locally. To that end, the farm operates a year round CSA delivering food weekly to members at 17 locations in Northern VT. The farm delivers its own produce as well cheeses, breads, eggs, dairy, flours and grains produced by other local farmers. Pete’s Greens also supplies vegetables to over 100 local restaurants and retail stores in Vermont.
