Amarro Sourr

1 oz Barr Hill gin
1 oz Amaro of your Choice
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Raw Honey Syrup (2:1)
Egg White

Combine ingredients in mixing tin, dry shake without ice for 30 seconds, add ice and shake for another 15 seconds, double strain into coupe and garnish a discarded lemon twist and with a spray or drops of the same amaro you used.

Have fun experimenting with different types of amaro (or anything bitter sweet)

Montenegro = Sweeter Softer
Nardini = Dark Chocolate Espresso
Fernet Branca = Intense and Menthol
Cynar = Deep and Bitter
Meletti = Soft and Bright
