Classic Martini

Ingredients:

2oz   Barr Hill Gin
1oz  Dry Vermouth
2 dashes Orange Bitters (optional)
Lemon Twist Garnish

Preparation:

Combine ingredients in mixing glass, add ice, stir, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Tip: Put your cocktail glass in the freezer for 10 minutes to keep your Martini chilled longer.
