Vermont Gin and Juice

The perfect fall cocktail, enjoy it on ice or warmed in a mug.


  • 1.5 oz Barr Hill Gin
  • 3 oz Apple Cider
  • .25 oz Ginger Simple Syrup
  • Garnish with Thyme and Apple


To a shaker filled with ice, add gin, cider, and simple syrup. Shake vigorously. Pour into a high ball glass filled with ice. Add garnish.
