SOLD OUT – Alpenglow Fitness – Barre with Barr Hill

Join Alpenglow Fitness for a barre-inspired class at Barr Hill! Barre is low-impact and fuses Pilates, yoga, and ballet movements for strengthening, stretching, balance, and toning. This mat-based class will include using Pilates balls, resistance bands, and light dumbbells. Class will be followed by a gathering (cash bar) and we are asking participants to sign up if they can join us for both the class and the gathering so we can support Barr Hill for having us in their space.
