Bees Knees Week – BUTI Yoga with Be.YOU.tiful Yoga

Kick off Bees Knees Week with Be.YOU.tiful Yoga for a high energy, music-driven Buti style yoga class. Buti is a music-driven movement methodology that incorporates dynamic yoga asana with primal movement, cardio-dance bursts + deep core conditioning. It is a fun and upbeat class. Be.YOU.tiful Yoga strives to empower students to love themselves as they are, step into their power, and find their voice, in order to live life fully. Connect to yourself, your community and your environment through breath, movement and community.

Stick around after class to enjoy a cocktail (non-alcoholic mocktail options available, too!) at the beautiful Barr Hill bar (cash bar). Barr Hill is beeing kind enough to host this event, so please help in thanking them for their sweetness and ginerosity. We kindly ask that you make reservations to participate in class through Be.YOU.tiful Yoga’s website, as well as make reservations for going to the bar after class.

Suggested donation to attend the class is between $10-20
