Bees Knees Week – Yoga Flow with Be.YOU.tiful Yoga

Close out Bees Knees Week with Be.YOU.tiful Yoga and unwind, flow and breathe. Be.YOU.tiful Yoga strives to empower students to love themselves as they are, step into their power, and find their voice, in order to live life fully. Connect to yourself, your community and your environment through breath, movement and community. Class will integrate yoga asanas (postures), nuggets of yoga philosophy and music to encourage learning about yourself in a playful and safe space. Class will have options of intensity level for beginners to more practiced yogis.
Stick around after class to enjoy a cocktail (non-alcoholic mocktail options available, too!) at the beautiful Barr Hill bar (cash bar). Barr Hill is beeing kind enough to host this event, so please help in thanking them for their sweetness and ginerosity. We kindly ask that you make reservations to participate in class through Be.YOU.tiful Yoga’s website, as well as make reservations for going to the bar after class.
Donations are suggested and can range from $10-$20
