Maple Madness Weekend
Celebrate Open Sugarhouse Weekend and Vermont's iconic sugaring season with these special events at our distillery bar and shop on Gin Lane.
Thursday, March 30th - Maple Barrel Tom Cat Preview Dinner, 6pm-8pm
Our Maple Barrel Tom Cat Gin release is a blend of our gins matured for 3-5 years in casks that previously held pure, Vermont maple syrup. The hint of residual maple from deep within the oak imparts rich caramelized sugar and burnt toffee notes, bringing the resinous juniper of the gin to an exquisite harmony.
Sign up for this special evening when we offer a preview of this exciting limited release! Tickets are $65 and include a special tour, multi-course dinner and cocktail pairing experience in our barrel room. You will also taste several unique barrel selections of Tom Cat Gin with our team during the evening. Plus, you get the opportunity to pick up a bottle of our newest Distillery Exclusive spirit before we make it available to the public.
Friday, March 31st - Maple Barrel Tom Cat Release, 12pm-9pm
Our new Maple Barrel Tom Cat Gin will be available for purchase at 12pm when our distillery shop opens! This is a very limited release - we have just over 240 bottles. Be one of the first to pick up a bottle to take home.
As a special treat, our craft cocktail bar is opening at noon today. Enjoy maple-inspired cocktails and small plates to start your weekend early.
Saturday, April 1st - Farmers' Market Maple Brunch, 10am-1pm
Stop by for pancakes and fresh maple syrup right off the evaporator with Vermont Evaporator Company, or sample a maple-inspired donut by Local Donut while sipping on a brunch cocktail!
Brunch ends at 1 pm.
Complimentary spirit samples of our Distillery Exclusives: Maple Barrel Tom Cat Gin and Maple Vodka, exclusive bottles, maple cocktails and small plates will be available all day!
The Montpelier Farmers' Market will be there as well so you can stock up on all the best things Vermont has to offer.
