Bar & Kitchen Support Staff

The hybrid Bar & Kitchen Staff position supports the full scope of our food and beverage program, with an emphasis on a small curated food menu and an extensive world class cocktail menu. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and work in a professional manner with the entire Front of House staff. 
  • Staff the kitchen and bar as scheduled and provide excellent service according to company standards, techniques and protocols outlined in all FOH manuals. 
  • Support all functions of the bar/kitchen to execute  menu items in a timely manner by following established recipes and service standards, while using a variety of small kitchen appliances.

  • Assist in monitoring and assessing safety within the bar/kitchen and front-of-house spaces and consult with the senior staff or other management to effectively respond to and proactively address safety concerns according to proper/established protocol.
  • Operate within health and safety guidelines and Vermont DLC compliance requirements. 
  • Respond to customer or team concerns with respect and with the intent to fully resolve the issue(s) of concern; report significant issues to management according to established protocol.
  • Maintain knowledge of the company’s products, distilling practices, history and share the story of the brand with customers when asked.

Packaging Assistant

In support of Caledonia Spirits’ mission to be the preferred manufacturer of high-quality spirit products, the Packaging Assistant performs all packaging tasks, including bottling spirits, jarring honey, and packing product orders. Caledonia Spirits, distiller of Barr Hill Gin & Vodka and Tom Cat Gin, is looking for a Regional Sales Director to join our team. Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Regional Sales Director has a strategic and tactical role in achieving the depletion, distribution and revenue goals for the
assigned territory of NY and NJ. The RSD will work with the VP of Sales in the
development of the sales plan and then manage and oversee its
implementation and execution.

The Regional Sales Director position requires a driven, passionate and

industry relationships and working well in fast-paced, collaborative

General Sales Management

● Participate in strategic planning across multiple distributors, leverage
existing relationships of the company and employees.
● Forge and sustain successful, strategic relationships with distributors,
buyers and managers to promote the interests of the company
● Participate in strategic planning of sales and marketing efforts,
providing market trend knowledge and relevant data to the
management team
● Manage distributor and customer inquiries and concerns, responding
directly or facilitating response, as necessary/appropriate
● Maintain a schedule with a minimum of quarterly business reviews
with all distributors and brokers representing the brand

Team Management

Illinois Territory Manager

Reporting to the Regional Director, the Illinois Territory Manager serves as a dedicated portfolio resource in Illinois. The TM will focus on developing the Caledonia Spirits portfolio through driving new points of distribution and increasing velocity throughout the market. The TM will work with the Regional Director in the development of the local sales plan and then manage and oversee its implementation and execution.

The Spirited Apprentice role combines Direct-to-Consumer retail sales shifts and customer service support with unique cross-learning opportunities in various parts of our bar and distillery operation.
